An Introduction of AAC
We, at India, are the leading manufacturers of Autoclaved Aerated Concrete(AAC) Blocks. We produce high-end blocks, which are being used extensively worldwide. These multi storied modern day structures, need strong foundation and this is nothing surprising. However, as one proceeds to build taller buildings, the entire structure needs to be made with bigger and firmer blocks. That is where our talented and enthusiastic team has employed a lot of foresight and has come up with AAC Blocks.
The first Autoclaved Aerated Blocks were conceptualized and invented by Swedish architect and inventor, Johan Axel Eriksson in the mid 1920's. This fire resistant building material gained popularity much later and once it began to be recognized, there was no looking back. Later in 1940's, these blocks gained ground. In India, however, it is still in the developing years and there are few recognized companies like us, Aercon India.
The AAC Blocks made by us at Aercon India are manufactured by combining aluminum powder with blended proportion of lime, gypsum, cement, water and silica in the form of recycled Fly Ash. It is a known fact that when the prepared block is cured in Autoclave and in high steam to help the blocks reach its desired strength that almost describes the composition that blocks are so famous for. AAC Blocks are the premium product made by us and so, they have to be of the top quality. They can provide necessary stability like a sky scraping structure and withstand earthquake or any natural shift or tremor in seismic belts.
Burnt bricks have been around all our life, but with the changes in the styles of construction and keeping in mind the environmental demands, a move to AAC Blocks is recommended and that is why modern construction companies are looking for the companies like ours, Aercon India. Where bricks are smaller in size of 230 x 75 x 115 mm, the AAC Blocks made by us has the dimensions of 600 mm x 200 mm x 75 to 250 mm or as per customer requirement. This means that the number of blocks required for covering the same space is almost 4 times more than the bricks.
AAC blocks being a great in demand in the present days, they are used in following construction structures:
- Homes and Offices
- Schools
- Commercial and Industrial buildings
- Hotels and Hospitals
- Warehouses
- High-rise buildings and many more
If anybody wants to feel the significance of our AAC Blocks, then all that we can say is that these blocks are the most cost effective solutions and the only positive thing in this world of increasing rates. The AAC Blocks are the finest solution for the contemporary realty market.
